First-year coach Wayne Hill also coordinates silent auction in conjunction with raffle and golf outing

As Coach Wayne Hill settles in for his first season as new head coach of the Mesa Lady Thunderbirds Softball Program, the 3rd Annual Softball Golf Tournament will take place next September 15, 2012 Ocotillo Golf Resort is located at 3751 South Clubhouse Drive, Chandler, Arizona, 85248. 

The original date of December 17 of this year has been postponed as Coach Hill looks to garner more participants throughout the Spring season and beyond. 

We will continue to accept financial contributions in support of the MCC Softball Scholarship Fund with the Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation, a 501c3 organization.

Contests in the tournament will include: closest to the pin, longest drive, winning foursome, hole in one, putting contest, and many silent/live raffle prizes. 

Partnership opportunities are available and as always, are tax-deductable.  A $3,000 sponsor would be would be recognized as The "Grand Slam" Partner and the Tournament Title Sponsor.  Additionally, a company banner would hang all season long at Mesa Softball games.  The company would also be recognized in the game day programs all season long.  Lastly, the title sponsor would receive four dinners and two foursomes for the tournament in addition to 18 hole sponsors. 

The "Home Run" Sponsor for a $2,500 gift would see their company banner at Mesa Softball games all season long, earn 9 hole sponsors, get their company name in the game day programs, receive two dinners, and one foursome.

The "Triple" Sponsor earns a dinner table sponsorship, two hole sponsors, and company name in game day programs for a donation of $1,500. 

Lastly, the "Hole Sponsor" can sponsor one hole for $125.
